November 17 - AKRON-SUMMIT COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARIES CLOSED FOR STAFF TRAINING DAY

Akron, Ohio – All library locations will be closed Friday, November 17 for Staff Development Day. There will be no bookmobile or library delivery services.

            Fines will not be assessed and no library items will be due that day. Library service will resume and all locations will reopen Saturday, November 18 during regular business hours.

            “Staff Development Day will give us an opportunity to gather in one place and plan ways to serve our customers and the community even better,” said library director David Jennings.

            The library system has 18 locations in Summit County.  For more information, call 330-643-9000.
