Downtown Akron Partnership Events Vendor Applications

Apply to be a vendor at one or more of the 2025 events presented by Downtown Akron Partnership (DAP).
Read each application carefully to be sure you understand what kinds of vendors we are looking for. Each application is specific to that event: to apply for multiple events, fill out multiple applications.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. For more information, prices, and application deadlines, click on the individual events listed below.

Space is limited. DAP reserves the right to decline the application of any vendor, organization, or business.

Saturday, February 15, 2025 • Downtown Akron Lunar New Year Celebration

The fourth annual Downtown Akron Lunar New Year Celebration will celebrate the New Year, Asian culture and include a vendor fair, a theatrical show and fireworks display. If you would like to learn more about last year's celebration, click here.

Saturday, April 5, 2025 • Downtown Akron Sakura Festival 

The fifth annual Downtown Akron Sakura Festival will celebrate Japanese culture and the 470 Japanese cherry blossom trees that bloom every spring along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. Sunday, May 4, 2025 • Downtown Akron South Asian Celebration

The second annual Downtown Akron South Asian Celebration will celebrate South Asian culture and springtime festivities with vendors, performers, live music and Holi powder. This event is free to the public. If you would like to learn more about last year's festival, click here.

Sunday, June 1, 2025 • Downtown Akron Juneteenth Celebration

The fourth annual Downtown Akron Juneteenth Celebration will celebrate Black and African American culture and commemorate June 19, 1865 with activities, performers, live music, crafts and historical engagements. This event is free to the public. If you would like to learn more about last year's celebration, click here.

Saturday, September 20, 2025 • Akron Latin Festival

The fifth annual Akron Latin Festival will celebrate Hispanic and Latino culture and community in Akron with live music, crafts, food, and activities. This event is free to the public. Saturday, November 1, 2025 • The Smells Like Snow Coffee Festival

The sixth annual Smells Like Snow Coffee Festival is a Gilmore Girls-inspired festival with live music, actor meet-and-greets, activities, vendors, food and of course, coffee!
