SHOW YOUR PRIDE & WEAR YOUR FAVORITE LOCAL SHIRT ON 330 DAY

We all love a casual day at work (or home), and a day where we can wear our favorite shirt is even better.

So, we here at the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau are making a pitch to all 330 residents and community stakeholders to show their area pride through wearing locally-themed shirts on 330 Day – Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

We urge you all to break out old favorites like high school, little league, or local band tees, or to purchase a new shirt from one of the many great local t-shirt producers or retailers. It doesn’t matter what kind of shirt it is as long as you love it, and it represents the 330 – that makes the options endless.

WIN A $330 PRIZE PACKAGE FULL OF GREATER AKRON SWAG & GIFT CERTIFICATES

As part of this whole area-wide dress-down day, we are also encouraging everyone to post selfies on social media for a chance to win the prize package. Be creative... pose in front of your favorite location (be quirky, cool & uniquely you).

To be eligible for the contest, photos must:
• Include a 330 area, locally-themed shirt
• Be posted to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter by 11:59pm on Wednesday, March 30, 2022
• Include the hashtag #330ShirtDay in the post

The winner will be chosen at random from the photos shared online and announced on Friday, April 1, 2022.

Details: The submission of your photo(s) acknowledges your approval/permission for the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau to use your image/contents for marketing and promotional purposes. The contest is free and open to the general public. The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to delete/disqualify images at its discretion. Any expenses incurred in addition to the prize package will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfers. The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau may substitute prizes for prizes of like value at the sole discretion of the sponsoring agents. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize offered. Winner must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 10 days or the package will be awarded to an alternate. Winner must be 18 years or older. Winner is subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau is not responsible for any injuries suffered while participating in the contest.
