Stay active this summer! Slow movements and mindful breathing make Tai Chi the perfect exercise for all ages and physical abilities. Four-week series taught by Nancy Gardner.

Spend your lunchtime at Main Library with the smooth, relaxing movements of Tai Chi, a mind-body exercise to improve health, balance, focus, and much more. This four-week series will be taught by Nancy Gardner and will either meet outside near Main Street (weather permitting) or inside on the 1st floor.

August 3, 10, 17, 24 at 12:15 pm.
Wear exercise shoes and comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle.
