Take a look into the creative process of local artists by browsing their sketchbooks!
For our March ArtWalk, the Main Library has curated a showcase of sketchbooks by University of Akron art students and other local artists. Enjoy the freedom and spontaneity on display in this unique medium.
Every three months, the Akron ArtWalk is held in the Historic Arts District on Friday nights. Community members are invited to downtown Akron to celebrate and enjoy food, music, art, and more. Each ArtWalk will have a specific theme that engages visitors with the arts in new ways.
Other participants include Summit ArtSpace, Akron Art Museum, and the Nightlight Cinema.
