The Akron Symphony Orchestra will be joined by the Akron Symphony Chorus for The Creation, considered as one of Haydn’s masterpieces.

The oratorio depicts and celebrates the creation of the world as described in the Book of Genesis.

Mabel Daniels’ Deep Forest, originally composed for chamber orchestra before Daniels rewrote it for a full orchestra, was inspired by the lovely New Hampshire woods.
