Festival and concert are free admission. Open seating. Concerts start at 7pm. Concerts are located in Lock 3's Backyard. Located on W. Bowery St behind Lock 3 Park, next to the Civic Theatre. Festival is on S. Main St. between State St and Church St. See the Lock 3 FAQ for parking and more info.
