Join our hands-on customer discovery workshop to develop a clear, documented and specific description of your perfect customer—one with a real need for your solution. Through hands-on exercises, you'll also brainstorm where these customers spend time on- and offline, and you’ll craft a set of unbiased interview questions to extract meaningful insights. With these tools, you’ll be equipped to validate your idea, refine your market approach, and set the stage for growth.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Nick Glavan is a startup advisor with years of experience helping entrepreneurs master customer discovery. As a National Science Foundation trained I-Corps instructor, he has guided over 300 startup teams in identifying their ideal customers and asking the right questions to gain real market insights.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
