Come enjoy some imaginative fun in the sun as you explore this week’s guided Camp Creative theme: Around the World! Kids will explore, learn, and play as they engage in creation stations and themed activities centered around art techniques used in different areas of our world. Activities include: Chinese Sumi ink painting, Japanese origami, Mexican papel picado, Indonesian batiking, mosaics inspired by the Mesopotamian era, Ancient Egyptian nerikomi sculpting techniques done with model magic/playdoh, and more! Grown-ups can stay and create or visit the galleries on their own, but must remain in the building.
Registration required. Ages 5-12. FREE member households/$15 non-member households. *Only one ticket needed per family/household.
