Come and see for yourself what Dr. George Gladstone and Clayton Bailey have worked up in the laboratory over the winter months. In its newest experience, Curated Storefront invites you to walk through Clayton Bailey’s World of Wonders: Weird Science Laboratory for an up-close and personal (sterile) pop-up museum experience; where the tools are steel and the creatures are strange!
This will be our third summer pop-up museum in downtown Akron, and as far as we know, final summer at the Polsky Building, as the space is preparing for some big upcoming changes! At this re-opening experience, look forward to hands-on activities including bringing your own clay creature to life in our educational Creative Lab, and a nostalgic coins vs. cola experiment! Admission is always free, but our Donation Bot’s favorite snack is loose, shiny change.
Families are welcome. Snacks and drinks stocked. Let’s get weird!
