Cleveland’s Clearwater Revival: the sights and sounds of Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty

Take a trip back to the late 1960s & early 1970s as Cleveland’s Clearwater Revival immerses its audience in the complete experience of the swamp rock and Americana-roots music of Creedence Clearwater Revival. The music of John Fogerty’s solo career, which spans five decades, is also showcased.

Come and hear your favorite Vietnam-era classic rock hits, including, “Bad Moon Rising,” “Born on the Bayou,” “Fortunate Son,” “Green River,” and “Proud Mary,” as well as classic 1980s John Fogerty hits such as “Centerfield” and “Old Man Down the Road.”

Formed during the summer of 2020, the band features four seasoned members hailing from popular Northeast Ohio acts such as The WIXY 1260s, Backtrax, and Focal Point; bands that all include a number of CCR and John Fogerty songs in their respective repertoires.

All four members were recruited not only for their musical skills but also for the physical resemblance each bears to his counterpart in Creedence Clearwater Revival. The band strives to sound as close as possible to the original CCR studio recordings and even uses much of the same equipment on stage that was utilized by the band during its heyday.

Come on down and experience the spectacle of this one of a kind “Travelin’ Band.”

Band Personnel:

WIXY Rick: bass & vocals

Parma Dan: guitar & vocals

Pat (not that one) Daley: guitar, harmonica & vocals

Bruce on the Loose: percussion & vocals
