The University of Akron Will Host Dr. Kito D. March, Sr. Pastor, Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio, as he presents: REMAINING FOCUSED DURING CRITICAL TIMES

Dr. Kito D. March, Sr. is a well-respected leader whose influence extends throughout interfaith, civic and political communities. As a pastor of almost 30 years, his passion is fueled by outreach and education proudly serving the Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. March is the founder and CEO of Children and Parents Advancing Beyond Limited Education (C.A.P.A.B.L.E.). CAPABLE partners with schools to provide after-school programs and mentors for elementary and middle school-aged children. Parents and adults are able to enroll in the Ohio ASPIRE program. Kito has been employed at the University of Akron since January 2018 where he is the Manager of Computer Based Assessment and Evaluation (CBAE).
