Calling all childhood creatives! (and their grown-ups)! The Akron Art Museum, in partnership with The Young Entrepreneurs Institute and Teen Enterprise, invites you to the Kids Maker Fair on Sunday, July 10, 2022. The event will feature kid vendors who have used their skills to create artwork, products, inventions and more for you to browse and buy. Choose something for yourself or pick up a gift for a friend, all while supporting the community’s budding business owners.
Want to try creating for yourself? Mini makers can try their hand at art creation stations throughout the event. You can also jam along to music and play games with your group as you walk through the wondrous displays.
Finally, enjoy a travel-themed art installation created by Akron Public Schools’ Summer Mystery Camp students in the garden.
Activities and museum admission are free all day. Registration is recommended.
