Visit Bounce Innovation Hub for a home-buying series hosted by Premier Bank. Attendees will meet one-on-one with Premier Bank mortgage loan officer Rob Jay (NMLS# 1367465) and learn everything you need to know about the home-buying process. We’ll answer questions, debunk myths, and learn about mortgage products currently available in the Akron area.

This two-part series will take place on the following dates from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. You must attend both sessions to receive a certificate:

Part 1: Terms to Know in the Home-Buying Process and Credit Overview

Mortgage loan officer Rob Jay will talk about the home-buying process in the current market and will go over key mortgage terms that you need to know and address as you navigate the home-buying process.

Part 2: Credit Review, Common Misconceptions & Application Process

Mortgage loan officer Rob Jay will do a deep dive into the application process.

Session 2

Part 3: Introduction to Local Agents & General Information

In the final part of the series, we will discuss the entire process and what is needed for the Clear to Close.
