Marilyn DeFrange, originally from Kent Ohio, has been singing and writing music since childhood.
Not definable in any one genre, Marilyn’s songs can be rhythm and blues, jazzy, rocky, country-reggae and dreamlike-delicate. Marilyn currently is playing with two of the past bandmates from the Kent band, Baby Sirloin. The trio, with Fred Tribuzzo on bass and guitar and Rod Reisman on drums, has a familiar and undeniable chemistry. Collectively, they have played together in a variety of groups, on recording projects and on live radio broadcasts for many years.
