Public meeting to discus potential implications & opportunities regarding the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Proposed Rule to list the monarch butterfly as Threatened under the Endangered Species Act. The event will have a short information session follow by group roundtable discussions, & a collaborative review of questions asked & concerns raised with the goal to stimulate submission of public comments to U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
