Information session & open roundtable to discuss the potential implications & opportunities resulting from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Proposed Rule to list monarch butterflies as Threatened under the Endangered Species Act specific to the technology & land development industries. The meeting will consist of a brief information session followed by group round tables and a collaborative summary of questions asked and concerns raised. The goal is to stimulate discussion and submission of comments to U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
