A special screening and panel discussion of the new documentary short film "Doubled Up" exploring homelessness affecting students at Akron Public Schools.

This 22-minute documentary short explores and discusses the unusually high percentage of K-12 students (roughly 10% of the student body) affected by homelessness in the Akron Public School system. This locally-produced film has not been officially rated by the MPAA, but is considered appropriate for all ages.

A panel discussion will follow the film, with local filmmakers and area social service agencies.
