Details

The first Mutton Hill Monday of the season will be held on June 13th at noon.

Join Society volunteer shepherdess Edie Steiner as she shares details about the special breed of sheep on loan this summer from the Jacoby Heritage Farm. Guests will learn about the sheep as a prey animal, their wool protection from heat or cold plus their horns. Yes, Jacob sheep have horns (sometimes up to 6!).

Your favorite working dogs will also be here to help herd the sheep as part of this fun midday adventure.

Free and open to the public.
