Our Oktoberfest guest tap for week two comes from Northwater Brewing in Kent, OH. Festbier is a perfect beer to honor Feierabend (celebrating a workday’s end). Brewed with all German hops, grain and yeast. They even played with their water to mimic Munich. Simple and clean pale lager with low bitterness. Malt forward and slightly sweet from the German Pilsner malt. Drinkability is high on this one. Prost!
