PeerSpectives is a unique roundtable structure designed by the Edward Lowe Foundation, for leaders of companies.  The roundtables are designed to improve leadership skills, sharpen decision-making abilities, and build lasting relationships with peers.  The programming is delivered by trained facilitators who create a safe space and confidential forum for experience sharing with 8-12 other owners from non-competing businesses in our region.

Join us on January 20 for a PeerSpectives Informational Session to learn more about the program and how it can benefit you and your business.  There is no commitment for attending as this will be an informational session with plenty of time to answer your questions about the program.

Who should participate in the PeerSpectives Program?

  • Owners, Founders, and CEOs
  • Companies with at least $1 million in revenue (or close to it)
  • Companies with at least 5 employees
  • Companies who have moved beyond start up
  • Companies with an aptitude and appetite to continue growing
