Details
The Academy of Self Defense will perform a variety of demonstrations on forms, katas, and everyday self-defense measures, with participation from the audience. They'll also lead anti-bullying discussions. All ages are welcome.
Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed during and after this class.
