Can't make it to weekday yoga classes? No worries! Pop into this pop-up yoga class. Relax, unwind, and move your body during this all-levels vinyasa yoga class taught by Nikki from Yoga Squared. It’s the perfect way to decompress and center yourself for the week ahead. Nikki will lead you through an hour-long session that will focus on a mindful sequence of movement and meditation in an accessible way. Perfect for everyone from beginners to master yogis.

This class takes place on the grass. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel.

Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed during and after this class.
