The Rubber City Jazz and Blues Festival, brought to you by Open Tone Music, is Open Tone Music's premier performance event showcasing Akron's world-class musicians and artists. Performances take place in multiple venues throughout downtown Akron. The festival includes mostly local artists and helps orchestrate work ethic, self-esteem and respect through music performance and education for a vibrant arts community.
