Mary Beth Stevens, Alternative Therapeutics

Join us for a discussion with Mary Beth, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is BCIA trained and certified in providing neurofeedback and EMDR Therapy. Mary Beth specializes in treating trauma through the combination of EMDR and neurofeedback, along with IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Polyvagal Theory. Many who have been in traditional talk therapy for years find Mary Beth's holistic approach to be highly efficient for healing the nervous system as they root out deeply entrenched issues from the past.
