Movies on the big screen every Sunday at 2 pm! Relax and enjoy classics or recent blockbusters in Main Library’s Auditorium. Free parking is available in the High and Market deck on weekends.

December 3, 2 pm: "The Long, Hot Summer" (1958)

Warm up your winter day with Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward in this steamy adaptation of William Faulkner stories by director Martin Ritt. With Anthony Franciosa, Orson Welles, Lee Remick, and Angela Lansbury, 115 min.

December 10, 2 pm: "Asteroid City" (2023)

Wes Anderson’s latest jewel-box of a movie follows the plot of a fictional play set in the title desert location. With Jason Schwartzman, Scarlet Johansson, Tom Hanks, Jeffrey Wright, Brian Cranston, and Edward Norton, PG-13, 105 min.

December 17, 2 pm: "Elemental" (2023)

This Disney/Pixar animated adventure details a city populated by residents that are elements of fire, water, land, and air, and the unlikely friendship between Ember and Wade. With voices by Leah Lewis, Mamoudou Athie, and Catherine O’Hara, PG, 101 min.
