Logistics companies trying to adjust to this demand shift are facing major supply constraints today, and having to prepare for the impending technological shift coming with the EV/AV revolution. McKinsey Partner Dilip Bhattacharjee will share how research in this space has identified how companies can benefit from the opportunities these trends present to supply chain executives.
Dilip Bhattacharjee leads operations analytics for McKinsey in North America.
