A Morning with Aroha - Aroha, an imaginative young girl with Down syndrome, sets out to share her creativity with her neighbors.

After the films, join us to make and create to include all during the day-long Akron Makes event! And don’t forget to visit the Inclusioneers’ amazing Sensory Bus!

For questions regarding accessibility, please contact cle.reelabilities@gmail.com 2 weeks before the event. Accommodations requested within less than 2 weeks cannot be guaranteed, but we will try our hardest!

About ReelAbilities

ReelAbilities Film Festival is the largest festival in the US dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories, and artistic expressions of people with different disabilities. Initiated in NY in 2007, the festival presents award-winning films by and about people with disabilities in multiple locations throughout each hosting city. Post-screening discussions and other engaging programs bring together the community to explore, discuss, embrace, and celebrate the diversity of our shared human experience. For a complete schedule of this year's events, visit the ReelAbilities Cleveland and Akron website.
