Moderated by Theron Brown, co-founder of the Rubber City Jazz & Blues Festival, the panel will feature local historians, journalists and musicians, including Roger Riddle, Victor Head, and Rose Vance-Grom. They will share stories and insights about Akron’s historical contributions to jazz and blues, highlighting significant figures and venues that shaped the local music scene.
