Get wavy in your vinyasa with this fun flow. The first 45 minutes will be utilized to get the body moving and heart pumping. We’ll start with warm ups, sun salutations, & balances as we dance our way through a vinyasa flow. The last 45 minutes will be used for yin style practice where you breathe through the poses in stillness as a gentle cool down.

90 Minute Open Session Yoga; Please bring your own yoga mat!
