Some Valentine’s messages used to have a bit more “bite” to them. “Vinegar Valentine’s” were cheeky, sarcastic, and rude postcards that were particularly popular in the late nineteenth century. We’ll talk about the history of this sassy side of Cupid’s big day, explore a few messages, and try our hand at making a few “Vinegar” messages of our own. All supplies will be provided.
