Understanding how cash moves in and out of your business is critical to having a healthy business
In most small businesses, revenue doesn’t always match up with spending. Knowing the ins and outs of your cash flow is critical to staying in business.
In this workshop, we'll learn all about the cash flow statement, also known as a statement of cash flows, to help you evaluate whether there is enough money coming in and enough cash on hand to pay your bills. The cash flow statement is one of the three key financial statements used to assess a company’s financial status.
-Managing your cash flow
-Making better business decisions
-Setting your business up for success
