Join us in Akron for World AIDS day as we come together to celebrate our strength, resilience, and diversity.
Key Note Speaker: Dr. Yaa Simpson, Chicago Department of Public Health
Yaa Simpson (AKA Sista Yaa) is a Community Epidemiologist for both TACTS (The Association of Clinical Trials Services, nfp) and for the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH). Sista Yaa has been a public health practitioner for more than 32 years, and recipient of numerous awards. Currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Epidemiology, she holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago.
