Suzie Graham to receive visitor's bureau chairman's award

The Akron/ Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau will be hosting the 18th Annual Zenith Awards, Wednesday, May 8, 2019, during a luncheon ceremony at the John S. Knight Center beginning at 11:30 a.m. In celebration of National Travel & Tourism Week 2019, the Zenith Awards recognize contributions made to and by Summit County’s hospitality industry.

Suzie Graham, Downtown Akron Partnership’s president & CEO, will be receiving the 2019 Chairman’s Award; the award is bestowed upon deserving industry leaders by Garry Kirkland, chairman of the Bureau’s Board of Directors. Additional awards will include: Susan L. Hamo Hospitality Person of the Year, Hospitality Industry-Only awards and online-voted You Tell the Tourist awards.
