It's time for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Akron! The parade, which is presented by the Mark Heffernan/Margaret Judge Divisions of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, in partnership with the City of Akron, will step off at noon on Main Street, between Cedar and Bowery.

While you're here, enjoy St. Patrick's Day specials at downtown restaurants, or perhaps even take advantage of the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA).

The parade will feature high school and grade school bands, non-profit organizations, businesses, animal groups, floats, and more.

Following the awards ceremony, the Ancient Order of Hibernians will sponsor a celebration at their AOH Clubroom, located at 2000 Brown St. The celebration will feature entertainment by Akron’s finest Irish talent including dancers, bands, local legends and traditional Irish fare.
